Chicken Nihari
Ingredient:

1 kilo chcken
1 table spoon coriander
1 table spoon gram masala
2 mediam onin
half cup yought
1 cup of cooking oil.


Direction:

1 kilo chicken,gram masala 1 table spoon pisa hau 1 tea spon coriander 2 onin fried put oil in a pan put all the things in a pan and fry 10 minutes and then put 4 glass of water into the pan and let them cook 20 minutes after 20 minutes take 2 table spoo flour and put into one glass of water and put it into ther pan and mix it well now its ready to eat.

Ingredient:

  • 5 lbs. bag chicken wings (drumettes)
  • 12 fl. oz. Louisiana Pre Crystal Hot
    Sauce
  • 1-2 sticks butter



Direction:
Fry chicken wings until golden brown and drain on paper towel. Mix hot sauce and melted butter and pour into deep pan or crock pot. Add chicken wings to sauce and heat thoroughly.
