Ingredient:
2 c. fine crumbs
1/3 c. plus 1 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. sugar
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
5 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 pt. sour cream
6 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Direction:
Combine "crumbs" (graham cracker or cookies), butter and 1/4 cup sugar. Pack into bottom of springform pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 10 minutes. Gently mix cream cheese and eggs. Beat after adding eggs individually. Slowly add 1 cup sugar and vanilla. Pour into pan. Bake 60 minutes. Allow to cool for 10 minutes. Then combine sour cream, 6 tablespoons sugar and 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla. Top with mixture. Bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes longer. Allow to cool slowly at room temperature and then refrigerate. Remove springform pan sides. Enjoy! |

- 1 lb. lean ground beef

4 tbsp. flour -
1 egg -
1 red chili pepper -
4 med. carrots, grated -
5 1/2 tbsp. Minute rice -
1/2 lb. spinach fresh or frozen -
chopped
1/2 tsp. oregano -
1/4 lb. ham chopped -
2 1/2 tbsp. parsley
Direction: Mix beef, 1/2 cup stock, flour and egg. Form into small balls. Set aside. Put remaining stock, chili pepper, carrots and rice in crockpot on high to simmer. When simmering add meat balls cover and cook 1/2 hour. Then turn heat on low and cook 3 hours. Add other ingredients and cover and cook for 20 more minutes. May be served with lemon wedges if desired. |
